I have lived walking from way back and would walk longer every Saturday in the last few years especially after I was knocked off and not able to stand or walk for 4days because I walked 10km three consecutive days, ever since then I became scared of walking longer till gradually last year I started looking at my health and weight with a action eye.
    Since Feb 1st I have walked minimum of 10k steps daily and by end of March it's been minimum of 15k steps. With water fasting and 20mins excercise at alternate days and presently walking more than the two above, I have lost three dress sizes, but importantly greater mental health, Arthritis pains almost non existent, strongest my bone ever been in my entire life.
